"We moved to Maine the summer of 2007 and saw Bob Davis's name on a real estate sign for a home that appealed to us. From our first meeting, we struck up a rapport.

Bob was always available to us. He knew well the territory we were interested in, and was able to give us candid and objective advice, the pros and cons of each house, and the advantages and disadvantages of the neighborhoods. Bob also knew the other agents involved in the houses we were seeing which was helpful.

When we found the house we wanted to buy, Bob helped us to find an attorney to do the legal work, a housing inspector and eventually a contractor to do some renovations, all to our complete satisfaction.

We were pleased to have Bob accompany us to the closing of our new house, and pleased that he kept in touch with us afterward to see how our renovation was proceeding.

Bob's personal commitment to us and our goals resulted in a successful business relationship and has developed into a valued friendship.
