I was given Jeans' name by a friend of mine because I have been looking to move up to the York area. Jean has been so gracious, taking me around to view quite a number of homes (so far none of them have turned out to be "the one yet"), however, I remain hopeful and am still in contact with Jean.

I own a Royal Barry Wills Cape Cod, in Wakefield, Mass. It has all the wonderful finish work, which a Barry Wills is known for - with several built-in's, one being a glass fronted china cabinet, oak floors in the dining, living, bedrooms and on the second level...a "bowling alley quality" with a beautiful tile floor in the bathroom.It has 2 "heat-a-lator fireplaces", one in the living room and one downstairs in the finished family room. It would make an excellent starter home for anyone planning on moving to Massachusetts. Additionally, one has little to do but move in and with a few minor updates would do very well in purchasing my home. All of which is why it is so difficult for me to 'let go' of and to find a property which is comparable to it.

Jean has been very patient with me in my search and she understands that I have a lot of history with my home. I cannot say enough good things about her and want people to know what a wonderful agent she is. They would be hard pressed to find better!
